    We have had this conversation previously. There is no clinical evidence that stretching reduces injury. It may very well make you play better in the early stages of a match.

    Hi Graeme, so why do you think people stretch then? (Dynamic stretch before & static stretch after).
    And why does this author say it reduces it by 4%?
