Weather Cancels Scotland ‘B’ Internationals
News just in that bad weather conditions has meant that the Scotland team can’t travel to Cardiff to play the scheduled ‘B’ International Test matches this week against Wales and England. Their plane from Edinburgh was cancelled earlier this morning due to the snowy conditions in Edinburgh.
The ‘B’ International Squash Test Matches are a new annual competition which is aimed at international fringe players who are pressing for selection to National Teams. And this year the Tri-Nations Tournament would have been played this week, between Scotland, Wales and England.
Scotland’s team included Lyall Patterson, Harrow sponsored Kevin Moran (both who play for David Lloyd Renfrew in the West), Jamie McAulay (Giffnock) and Chris Ferguson (Giffnock).
